By October 21, 2021No Comments

The MyNRMN Team has been working hard to make sure you have a successful fall season. We know for you, this includes conferences, academics, and everything else happening fast in your professional journey right now. This month, we’ve re-designed the MyNRMN sign-up page and created new content for you to share. We also continue to encourage you to utilize all of the features MyNRMN has to offer!

New MyNRMN Sign-up Page

We have created a new design for the MyNRMN sign-up page. Not only is this a clean, new look, but new users are able to learn more about MyNRMN before joining our platform of over 20,000 mentors and mentees. On the page, we have included videos and verbiage that highlight MyNRMN in the best way possible. We hope you enjoy it just as much as we do!

Share Our MyNRMN Video

MyNRMN is a great platform for researchers and we want everyone to know about it! We recently created a new MyNRMN video that’s available for you to share with your network. In this video, we highlight our resources, features and show how MyNRMN not only caters, but is beneficial to many different career paths. By sharing this video, you can help researchers take advantage of our platform’s tools, such as our CV/Resume Builder, our Jobs & Internships board, and much more! Click here to watch the video and share the link.

Ask A Mentor

Most communication within MyNRMN either reaches one person at a time (such as the Request Mentoring button) or those that you’re specifically connected to either independently or through a group. However, the Ask a Mentor feature enables you to engage with the entire MyNRMN community as a whole to ask questions, receive assistance, or even to request information. Once a question is posted, the entire MyNRMN community can access, answer, and even start a discussion surrounding that topic. This is a great space to ask questions about graduate school, grant writing, research topics, and more, where our mentors (and fellow mentees) can answer with advice. Post your first question today!
