Are you looking to improve your grantsmanship skills and improve the submission process for NIH research grants? The National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) is searching for coaches and mentees for the Grant Uncovered: Maximizing, Strategies, Help, Opportunities, and Experiences (GUMSHOE) in Honolulu, HI.
The GUMSHOE program offers mentees an opportunity to work with a coach twice a m
onth to prepare a grant application. They will also have the chance to work with an NIH Grant Program Officer to review grant applications and have their application reviewed by an experienced NIH funded investigator.
The 6-month GUMSHOE program will be held through the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, HI with a Kickoff Meeting being held May 14-18, 2018.
To apply, one must be of native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander decent, or be working with these particular populations.
The application deadline is April 9, 2018 at midnight HST.
