MyMentor is NRMN’s signature one-on-one guided virtual mentoring platform where mentees and mentors connect in a long-term mentorship. To help facilitate the mentoring connection, each dyad receives a series of 19 discussion prompts to guide them through the course of the connection. These prompts focus on culturally aware topics such as aligning expectations, being the ‘other’ in an environment, and rebounding from failure (just to name a few). These connections typically last 4-5 months, but the timeline and duration are completely customizable to meet the needs of each mentee and mentor.
