In honor of Pride Month, we’ve compiled wellness resources both created by and for the LGBTQIA+ community and/or their allies, friends, and family. We encourage you to browse through them and dedicate some time to your mental wellbeing.

Equality for HER: Equality for HER focuses on health, education, and resources to empower and support people who identify as women and nonbinary. Its website provides a central location for free resources on health, wellness, and other educational topics.

National Queer & Trans Therapists of Color Network (NCTTCN): NQTTCN is dedicated to transforming mental health for queer and trans people of color. The network focuses on health justice—an intersection that combines the movements for social justice and the mental health field.

PFLAG: PFLAG provides LGBTQ+ individuals and allies with resources and support, from peer-to-peer meetings to telephone hotlines. The organization consists of over 400 chapters throughout the United States.

Radical Therapy Center: The Radical Therapy Center provides therapy practices that meet marginalized clients’ needs through using an anti-oppression lens.

The Trevor Project: The Trevor Project is a leader in providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQ youth. It also offers resources on mental health and well-being on its site.

Veggie Mijas: Veggie Mijas was created to connect women, femmes, gender noncomforming, and BIPOC individuals with the organization’s food and environmental work. The page provides content on food, events and more.
