MyNRMN Profiles
The MyNRMN Profile is vital in growing your network and helping you establish mentoring connections. This is because MyNRMN uses a matching algorithm to recommend matches, mentors, and My Groups. While this algorithm is dynamic (in that it utilizes how you interact in MyNRMN to make new recommendations), it all starts with the MyNRMN Profile. Thus, just like your CV/Resume, we recommend updating your MyNRMN profile every 6 months. If you haven’t updated your MyNRMN Profile within the last 6 months, take a few moments and make sure everything is up to date now!
MyNRMN Jobs Board
Then, once your MyNRMN Profile is up to date, check out our new Jobs Board! Previously, we posted any jobs, calls for applications, summer research programs, training programs, etc., within the My Groups Opportunity Board. Now, we’ve updated and created a dedicated space for programs, institutions, organizations, and employers to post their opportunities. To access the new Jobs Board, simply log into your MyNRMN account and select “Jobs Board” from the grey panel on the left. It’s easy to post a job, star a post to return to later, and leave comments on posts to provide your recommendations. Have fun exploring and applying!
