Here at the National Research Mentoring Network, we have been making some fresh changes to our website. We wanted to optimize the user functionality so that it is useful and user friendly! The content is now structured so that you can select the area most fitting to you; Undergrad, Graduate, Postdoc and Junior Faculty, Senior Faculty, Non-Faculty Researchers, and Academic Administrators. Then navigate to the areas where you would like to most develop, by selecting the card that is most applicable to you. For example, you can CONNECT with a mentor or mentee in our guided virtual mentoring platform, MyMentor. Or you can PREPARE your professional development skills for the next phase of your education or career by watching the NRMN Career Development Webinars. You can FACILITATE mentorship training by using our Facilitator Training Programs and bring them back to your institution, and so much more. Each area is catered to the education and/or career stage that is most helpful to you. At the National Research Mentoring Network, we want you to be able to access resources that will better prepare you for your future research path.
We also have included a BLOG section, where you are able to easily search all of the NRMN-generated articles; we have over 200 articles for you to indulge! In addition to the blog, you can navigate to NRMN in Action, and search through our Leadership’s publications, NRMN in the News, as well as previously curated NRMN newsletters.
